COOKING STAY

Staying at a Japanese-style old kominka house with tatami rooms, you will learn Japanese traditional cooking, and fermentation class at night.

16:00 check-in

16:00~17:00 Lecture about Japanese foods and fermentation

17:00~19:00 Cooking class and dinner

20:30-21:30     Fermentation lesson (optional)

Day2

9:30~10:00  Breakfast

10:00 Check-out​
